Terms of Service

Leasebud is an informational tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you understand residential rental lease agreements. You upload or paste lease text and we return a report that highlights potential red flags, unusual clauses, questions to ask, and a suggested negotiation email.

Leasebud is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The reports we generate are informational only. AI can miss things and can be wrong. Do not rely on Leasebud as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state or country. For a binding legal opinion on your specific situation, please consult a qualified attorney.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Leasebud.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account or use someone else's account.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@leasebud.app.

You agree that you will not:

• Use Leasebud to break any law or infringe someone's rights.
• Upload content you do not have the right to submit.
• Try to reverse-engineer, resell, or bulk-scrape the service without written permission.
• Interfere with other users' use of the service.
• Use the service in a way that could harm minors.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US Dollars.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for your transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; you will keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Email hello@leasebud.app within 14 days of purchase if you're unhappy.

We offer a limited free tier so you can try the service. Free-tier usage may be rate-limited and may show occasional promotional content. Availability of the free tier is not guaranteed forever.

• Your content. You keep ownership of anything you upload (your lease). You give us a limited license only to process it and generate your report.
• Our content.The Leasebud name, logo, website design, and code are ours. Please don't copy them.

Leasebud is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs can be wrong.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from your use of Leasebud is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim (or USD 50, whichever is greater). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using Leasebud at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, disputes) will survive.

We may update these Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify signed-in users by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless applicable consumer law says otherwise for your country of residence.
